Leading with Purpose
Leading with Purpose is an immersive, multi-day cohort program for people who lead teams, projects, and/or small organizations. Participants will join a mixed cohort of ~20-30 leaders from various Boston area (and beyond) companies and organizations to learn, discuss, and reflect upon effective leadership and management practices. Upon completion, participants will gain:
Awareness of their authentic leadership style and its impact, and confidence flexing their approach with others
Solid grounding in tools and practices to build and lead teams
Strong, meaningful relationships with peers from other functions and organizations, who will become trusted advisors
The program consists of one-day sessions every three weeks, running four months in total. We learn best over time, with opportunities to apply what we are learning in our day-to-day lives. Between sessions participants will put what they are learning into practice, with support from their peers and facilitator.
