Coaching

I am available to work one-on-one with clients on professional and personal development.  My approach is values-based, meaning that I seek to understand what drives and motivates my clients, so that I can help them build awareness on how their values impact their behavior.  Many of my clients are stuck in some way.  We work together to understand obstacles, reframe mindsets and perspectives, and move forward with more confidence and awareness.
